This is company makes you feel like you're apart of a family. Upper management makes it easy to ask for help without feeling any sort of judgement. You get what you put into this job. This job requires hard work and pushes you to be the best version of yourself especially in sales.

If you don't like working hard then I don't recommend. You get what you put into it. It's like any other sales job. If you work hard you see results.
