Pros
You get a lot of exercise walking from door to door every day you come into work. Most of the staff is friendly to your face. You also become better at managing yourself.
Cons
They require you to spend several hours in the office every day doing office work and training new hires but they do not pay you for the work you do. They do not pay for training or compensate you for the additional hundreds of miles you drive going out into the field each week. The owners put no value into their employees. They use scare tactics to get people to work harder now by promising them the world but they never live up to their promises. They disregard the law on a continual basis by instructing their employees to lie to customers, withholding pay rightfully earned by their employees, and the list goes on...
