Everyone here works towards the same goal; a job well done and a satisfied customer. The company history and product sells itself so customer referrals and repeat business drives much of the production. People know about us already, and just need to be brought the extra mile and shown why our product makes the most sense for them. All staff and management are approachable, friendly, and there are many tightly connected people here and many that I consider friends. Great place to work, and management is extremely flexible on arrival time, leaving early etc. with family related scenarios, illness, remote working and everything else that pops up.
