Pros

Pros Hands-on from day one: real outbound campaigns, real clients, real impact Incredible exposure to different industries and go-to-market strategies You’re not just an SDR — you get to write messaging, test copy, analyze data, and influence strategy Regular coaching and feedback loops with experienced sales leaders Dynamic environment with lots of autonomy (and support if you ask for it) Transparent communication and access to all parts of the business

Cons

Cons High expectations: this is not a 9–5 “wait to be told what to do” kind of job Startup pace can feel intense at times — priorities move fast Some processes are still being built, so you need to be resourceful and adaptable

Pros

Good place to learn effective sales outreach strategies.

Cons

- There is no proper onboarding, only outdated and scattered information crammed down your throat over a few days. - The bosses are downright incompetent, with no idea how to effectively run the company and no experience in managing people. - Goals are constantly moving, changing too frequently without proper change management. - The company keeps harping on an operating system called EOS, which is clearly not adhered to in a way that suits the company. - There is an overload of administrative work and reporting with very little return on the effort vs. reward matrix. - As a contractor, you receive zero benefits. Pay is terribly low for the workload. - There is no real work schedule; their philosophy is "get sh*t done" or "we live and die by our calendar." You will be expected to be on calls at odd hours. - It's a sales outsourcing agency led by people without credible sales experience. - There are astonishing rates of churn among clients and high attrition among employees. - Leadership is immature, vindictive, and borderline psychopathic. They will gaslight you into thinking you're doing a bad job and are incompetent. Ironically, the founders fit this description perfectly. - Overall, avoid this organization at all costs and find a real company where you can work and thrive.
