      Anything was positive, it was the worst experience I've ever had

      Cons

      I complete the full application process, I even received positive feedback from them. I EVEN GOT HIRED BY A CLIENT! Two weeks later I got a rejection mail and also a rejection for the bench. I lost two months of my job searching for this. They are a small company who doesn't know at all what are they doing.

      Great and rigorous training plans

      Cons

      These people only care about their clients and not the mental health of the contractors. They give you just half of the money collected from clients every month. The account officers are not competent, imo. In summary, get another BPO or get a more stable job.
