Pros

Great team, good work ethic, and very good benefits. Lots of training and personal development with a decent salary.

Cons

The team is a bit small so sometimes things get busy. Sometimes clients can be grumpy and frustrated if their critical communications infrastructure fails… but when we fix it we get big smiles. Life’s full of problems, our job is to deliver solutions.

Pros

They pay you on time

Cons

Reading the other reviews most things have been covered. Stay away if you value your mental health. Empty promises made by senior management to clients then jobs passed on to you to deal with. Inherite jobs not dealt with for over 5 years and passed on to you as no one else wants to deal with it. Unreasonable workloads, simultaneously having to deal and report on 40+ open complex cases and projects weekly that are out of your control not including new jobs being raised daily all while being sent to four corners of Ireland. This place is a fiesta, Anyone who take a job offer with them, good luck.

Pros

There are some good staff there, long suffering, but willing to help each other, and customers where they can.

Cons

Oh boy. Rudderless doesn't even cut it. Staff have to placate the madness that the passed down from Senior management, which almost exclusively serves to protect those staff in the senior management team, while treading the knowledgeable, hardworking staff evermore underfoot. One could be forgiven for believing the management staff are actively trying to sabotage the business through willful ignorance to customer needs, or the reality on the ground. It is hard to explain the depths of fantasy that the general management lives in. Bullying is a daily occurrence, especially from administration and engineering depts, far beyond what any rational employee should tolerate. The owner is an absentee landlord, talks a big game, but rarely puts rubber on the road. Corners are cut on nearly every customer project, whilst openly lying about the companies ability and deliverables. Some of those I witnessed verge very close to fraudulent, some could argue over it. The place is in total disarray, the processes and infrastructure would make a mid 90s company blush at the ineptitude. Free thinking is not only discouraged, it is actively targeted. The turnover in staff is ridiculous, and at every point the reasons are unanimous but neither the owners, nor the management, care.
