Mental health.
I feel like there is a lot of emails and marketing going around about mental health but when something is happening and you need help is a whole different story.
I am guessing most companies are like that but still, if you promote sometimes heavily over campaigns and emails, then act accordingly when those type of situations occur.
Coworkers are great

Managers are too “wise”
You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated)
Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness.
Managers do not understand processes
USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers.
Discrimination
They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
