      Financially strong company Good benefits Product is class leading with good innovations Industrial Portable Products Industry is strong Strong loyalty within the company

      Rotating international leadership is smart and can manage a P&L, but doesn't understand how to become an "American" first company for the balance of the employees. Every company has leadership challenges, but GM treated USA leadership differently in front of global leadership than he did EMEA leadership that were in expat roles. Prioritized hiring international leadership People skills from GM had extreme limitations

      Good company, good culture overall

      Pay could be less than the market, though not too low. Work life balance does cover some of that gap

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
