Health benefits and profit sharing, flex time, atlas bucks, potlucks, not too much else or I would still be working there
Cons
Upper management has no formal education. Most promoted by family members employed there or length of time in the auto insurance industry. Does not follow industry procedures to operate a marketing department such as equipment, software, production process or even submitting files to a commercial printer. Nepotism and favoritism practiced on a daily basis.
