Pros
Flextime PTO is yours to use as you please Management is nice even though it’s mircomanaged. Most Holidays we’re off and if the public schools we closed, so is Atmos. - Good if you have kids. VPP Bonus check
Cons
Micromanagement atmosphere. Mircromangement software built into the system, everything is about numbers. New employees are given cases they haven’t been trained on. Management is ALWAYS in meetings, not sure what you could possibly meet about every day. Training doesn’t seem to happen as needed, it seems to happen when they THINK it’s needed.
