Pros
Good benefits, 401K, vacation accruals (I had 6 weeks by the time I left), separate retirement plan, annual employee bonuses based on the Company's Earnings Per Share (although it's called Variable Pay Plan), paid sick time, encouraged to do volunteering
Cons
Be prepared to do some serious brown nosing if you want to be a part of the "club". Management doesn't walk the Atmos Spirit Values, but they expect you to. Job accountability totally varies from dept. to dept. If you are well liked, then they will do whatever is necessary to help you out, but if you're not, then they will help you drown even to the point of totally burning an employee out and then treat them like crap when they finally quit.
