The oil and gas business is not for the faint of heart. You will have to work hard and be resilient There have been some growing pains as the Company has expanded and some improvements are still ongoing.

The work is pretty easy & straightforward, coworkers make it enjoyable. The company has events for employees, plus being able to work from home is a definite perk!

Unless your really into leak detection or pipelines I do not recommend staying long for the followingreasons. Promotions are capped. Pay is low without bonuses. The company is very unprofessional which leads to disorganization, it permeates the workplace culture, fostering a toxic environment reminiscent of a high school clique. Senior staff and management assert dominance by belittling and ostracizing lower-ranking employees. They make attack your race, appearances, or lack of knowledge/experience. This behavior not only impedes effective management but also perpetuates a cycle of drama that makes the office environment unbearable.
