Pros

People are very nice, fun and relaxed interview

Cons

Don't fall for headlines on job search engines. They change the title several times to think you're going to be in true marketing, which is false. It is actually sales. You'l be inside of a warehouse doing sales for a cable company. So if you don't mind that, then go for it! Commission doesn't even start until after a certain amount of sales, which is VERY hard to reach, and your sales restart every week. So until you get promoted, commission is rare. They also reiterate being a "duplicate" of your superiors which gives off a "robotic" vibe to me.

Hello Reviewer and thank for taking the time to share and please allow me to address your concerns. We are in fact a marketing company. Our clients consider us to be as such as well as the state. We are rated A+ through the BBB and have a strict policy against misleading customer, clients, employees, as well as potential candidates, There are job positions that vary based on the area of interest for a candidate. So, we have multiple listings or "positions" on different job boards. We apologize if you felt misled. Marketing comes in many different forms. We have individuals who work in our organization that conduct direct sales, others through social media and web design, and some through telecommunications. We have some clients where representatives work alongside of the biggest retailers helping to build brands, participate in sales, and provide customer service to show us they are able to do so. We consider field training to be an essential component of the screening process for management positions. We provide bonus incentives based on performance. Our employees have a competitive base pay, and have an opportunity to earn more based on the quality of their work. There is no politics involved in the process which we believe is the right way to do business. Additionally we pay significantly more than comparable positions. The degree of difficulty depends on that individuals competency and skill level. We don't use that term "superior" because we don't believe any person, including myself, be superior to another. We encourage every employee to learn from those who know more and yes, "duplicate" that success. I hope we have addressed each concern in detail to give some perspective and understanding. Please reach out to hr@atmospherainc.com if you have any addition concerns and thank you for helping us to improve.

Pros

-Learning Opportunities: Change (Kaizen) Professional Growth. Professional Grooming. Profitability. Business-to-Consumer skills development. -Management Development: Systematic and Structured Approach. Individualized Coaching by example. -Business Opportunities: Business Model is expandable (similar to a franchise in duplication capability). Residual Income for those willing to stay in this business. -Pay: Hourly Wage plus Bonuses (based on your capability, title and willingness to develop).

Cons

-Only Iron Can Sharpen Iron.  The phrase used most often is "Like Attracts Like"...I know this as "Water Seeks It's Own Level."  If you don't have a thick skin, tenacity, or understand that some skills take more effort to develop than others you will likely be written off for not trying. If you don't progress, you will lose interest quickly. You must have an Iron personality or be malleable enough to be forged into an Iron personality. -High-Turnover: This is the nature of any sales job. My experience is that people leave because they couldn't find a connection with management, wanted preferential days off work, or lacked a "StickWithItNess" to overcome obstacles. -Any young company is going to make mistakes.  Atmosphera is constantly making adjustments to improve on identified faults.  I'd be more worried if I didn't see management self-reflecting or changing when feedback or errors are presented. ****** You have to be willing to make personal adjustments to improve your interpersonal business skills everyday.  If you can't self adjust your flaws for improvement while maintaining your core personality, this place isn't for you.
