Strange, performative company culture - Author Assistant Atmosphere Press Employee Review

This company has a very bizarre culture. Like, extremely. A Karen safe space is how I would describe it (which is why their staff lacks so much diversity). If you come from a more corporate space where a performative "rah-rah" thing is normal and you are used to dealing with indirect micro-managers, this will be a great fit for you. It is way different than a real, traditional publishing company (as people pay them to publish their books), so it lacks the creative or artistic foundation that makes traditional publishing so rewarding.
