Pros

Free kitchen food. Some nice people. They are slowly being weeded out though. When you leave you will be happier

With over 15 years working for people this is the only company I would never even consider returning to. I think that says allot. Poor office setup. No trust in staff as feels the need for CCTV everywhere. Doesn't stick to a plan or make best use of what it has. Forever chasing the modern tech stack. Well congratulations you have it and made your site slower by getting it. Not to mention the issues you have to live with. No sick pay don't be fooled by the personal days 7. They give you 20 days holiday. They want a 40 hour work week. So they effectively allow you 4 days for appointments and to be off sick a year.
