Pros

Working here as a Project Manager provided an excellent environment for professional growth and skill acceleration. I had the opportunity to lead diverse, end-to-end projects spanning website design, development, and SEO campaigns across a wide variety of client industries. The role allowed me to regularly collaborate with highly talented, cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and SEO specialists to solve complex blockers and streamline agile sprints. It was incredibly rewarding to manage the entire lifecycle of a project and see tangible results, from launching beautifully functional digital products to watching our clients' organic search rankings climb. The fast-paced agency environment, combined with access to a modern tool stack, really helped sharpen my technical delivery and client management skills.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of the agency means there is a steep learning curve, and you are expected to hit the ground running and get up to speed almost immediately. Because the owner is a true perfectionist, there is an intense focus on absolute quality and flawless client satisfaction, which can naturally create a high-pressure environment. Managing tight timelines alongside these exceptionally high standards requires a lot of resilience and sharp attention to detail. While this focus on excellence ensures we deliver incredible work, the constant push for perfection can occasionally lead to heavy workloads and stressful sprint cycles if project scopes or client expectations shift rapidly.

Pros

- None other than the warm aesthetics of the small office.

Cons

- The fundamental problem with this corporation lies within the management structure, which begins and ends with the CEO. - The CEO expresses that he does not micromanage - but this seems to only be his attempt to rationalize his insecurity on how transparently he nitpicks areas out of his expertise. - It is highly evident that the CEO is employing a model that harbors high turnover rates...he attracts talent for as cheap as possible and extracts as much work out of the talent before they become overwhelmed. He repeats this process in order to keep human capital costs low. - The CEO is noted for saying "Well, that's what you think you are worth." - very condescending. - The CEO outright lies to clients and potential hires - examples include unrealistic project timelines and falsely telling interviewees they will come in again for another meeting. - The work environment leads to a high level of resignations due to unethical agenda items and an unnecessary amount of stress.
