Pros
Parking. Co-workers. Downtown location. Thats it.
Cons
Everything that has been said on this feed is the absolute truth. I witnessed it first hand. The pay? Low. A raise? Probably not. As stated, the CEO has unrealistic expectations that he expects one to meet. He has no respect for programmers or what they do, marginalizing it to simply being 'cut and paste.' Any programmer knows this simply isn't the case and not the way to produce the best product for clients. The programmers are meant to handle everything, from project management to taking phone calls from clients. Most of the clients I felt sorry for, as they were getting a far inferior product than what they paid. Our team tried to collaborate and explain our issues to management, but were met with extreme criticism. Management does not care about employees or clients, and it reflects in everything that they do. I could go on and on, and on. Stay away, far away!
