Lack of strong upper management and humility from the Atomic team. Still very much like a scrappy startup, and little work/life balance. Company does not value diversity, and lack of a strong company culture on the Atomic team. Your career advancement is dependent on your manager. Lots of turnover and not a lot of long-term career potential for lower level roles.
