Pros
I’ve witnessed an incredible transformation—from around 35 people to over 100. The intellectual humility and open conversations here are a breath of fresh air, allowing for honest, productive dialogue across the team. You’re not just another cog in the wheel—your work here has true visibility and the potential to make a significant impact. It’s a dynamic environment where your contributions matter, and you can feel the difference you’re making every day. There is also dedicated time to step away from our work if you choose to participate, such as onsite celebrations for internal wins, a variety of holidays, and company family events. It’s an inclusive workplace where everyone is welcome, and differences are not just respected but celebrated.
Cons
While there is flexibility (i.e., an open PTO policy, company holidays, and control over your calendar), this isn’t a place to coast. You need to be someone who enjoys putting in full days in the office and is excited to contribute hands-on. For those who thrive in that environment, the energy and collaboration in the office make it a rewarding experience. Startups aren’t for everyone, but this is the place to be if you thrive on making real change and are willing to do the work with high visibility.
