      Nothing, it is a scam.

      Cons

      They don't tell you anything in the interview, or else you wouldn't take the job. 12 hour days. Stand the entire time. Employers are rude. They only want profit from your sales. Oh, and you stand in Walmart.

      Pros

      This is a place that doesn't tolerate mediocrity. You will do your best work here. Great work-life balance. Terrific staff and people.

      Cons

      Vague instructions via texts and Slack. It isn't easy to get brand photographic materials.

      Pros

      Even though we're a small advertising company, every now and then we get to travel for client events. Flights and hotel are covered along with a per diem for food and travel to and from the airport.

      Cons

      It's certainly not a vacation, you're there to work. Some times these trips happen on weekends and we don't get to stick around to enjoy the destination. However, you will get your 2 days back as PTO.
