Unfortunately, my experience at this company was overwhelmingly negative. The work environment is toxic, with a culture that lacks respect for employees and does little to support their growth or well-being. Management consistently demonstrated poor leadership, with limited communication, little accountability, and decisions that negatively affected employee morale. Employees often felt undervalued, unheard, and treated as though they were easily replaceable rather than respected contributors. The workplace culture encourages stress rather than collaboration, and there is little recognition for hard work or dedication. Constructive feedback is rarely welcomed, and concerns about workplace issues are often ignored instead of addressed.
