Pros
Fast growing company that gives all employees bonuses. Hire great employees who work hard and truly focus on patient welfare. Awards are given to a limited number of employees every year along with a bonus, The CEO is kind and approachable though sometimes disconnected from average workers' problems and experiences. Benefits are okay, not great, though short term disability coverage has gotten better.
Cons
Limited professional growth opportunities. Promotions are incredibly slow or nonexistent. Sales department is the most rewarded, respected and valued where essential roles such as finance, manufacturing, etc., do not see and feel nearly the same appreciation.
