      Work/life balance, Supportive supervisors, growing company

      Paperwork/documentation is time consuming, however I don’t think that’s any different from any other home care agency.

      Now getting paid holidays which is nice

      Cons

      Company was bought out by LHC group and Optum, going way downhill, completely disorganized, the supervisors just make things up to fit their needs, they will do whatever it takes to pay you less than you deserve
