The "Rollercoaster" Pace: As with any high-growth consultancy, the workload fluctuates. You have to be comfortable with "context switching" and wearing multiple hats. It’s a specialized skill set you’ll need to develop quickly to avoid feeling overwhelmed during the peaks.
