      SO much opportunity for growth. Awesome staff - seriously some of the best people you'll ever meet. We really are a family. Also, really awesome perks if you out in the work. Efforts do not go unnoticed

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Cons

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
