      Flexible, Friendly, Good co-workers, open to ideas which involves zero investment.

      Cons

      Very low salary, pathetic management especially CWS-Direct sourcing, Lack of communication

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Cons

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
