Any mark-up on pay rates includes associate labor taxes, benefits (such as workers compensation, unemployment, paid sick leave and health insurance), as well as a service fee for placing the temporary worker. These fees are charged to our clients, not our employees. If an employee feels that they are not being offered adequate pay, they have the right to deny assignment.
