      Great work/like balance Good camaraderie in the office Approachable leadership who actively listens Generous PTO and summer Fridays Good place to learn early in your career

      Cons

      The compensation is notably below industry standards, making it challenging to keep up with the cost of living. We are not fairly compensated for our hard work. There is also no sick-time available to full-time employees.

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Cons

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
