Pros

The trust here is real. From day one you are given ownership of your work and expected to deliver. No micromanagement, no hand holding. That is certainly my preference anyway. Gabby's passion for the business is genuinely infectious. She cares about the company, the clients and the people and it shows in how she leads. It makes sense that our logo is a heart. The team around me is experienced and genuinely helpful. Everyone I have worked with has been open, generous with their knowledge and easy to approach. There is a real open door policy here. You can ask a question at any level and someone will take the time to help you. The offerings are genuinely different. International recruitment at senior level is one thing, and nobody is doing what we are doing here. There is real depth here beyond a standard consultancy pitch. Remote working with real flexibility.

Cons

Onboarding could use more structure. When you first join there is a lot to get your head around and a clearer framework in those first few weeks would help new starters get their footing faster and feel more confident sooner. Fully remote suits me but it is not for everyone. Something to think about beforehand.

Pros

The company provides excellent exposure across multiple service pillars, allowing employees to broaden their skills and gain experience beyond a single area of focus. Team members are encouraged to put forward ideas and feedback in an open and supportive environment, where contributions are valued regardless of seniority. Leadership is highly supportive, with Pillar Heads taking the time to help employees understand different service lines and develop their knowledge. There is also a strong sense of teamwork, with colleagues readily collaborating and supporting one another to achieve shared goals.

Cons

The remote working environment offers flexibility, though at times communication across service pillars can be challenging. Increased visibility of client initiatives and activities across teams could further strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Pros

Atrium is a very good company to work for, with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop new skills. The environment is supportive, and there’s a strong emphasis on professional growth. My colleagues are a joy to work with — they are approachable, collaborative, and highly knowledgeable in their specialised areas. It makes day-to-day work both engaging and rewarding. Overall, it’s a positive workplace where you can expand your expertise while being part of a great team.

Cons

While Atrium offers a positive working environment and great opportunities for learning and development, there is room for improvement in overall compensation to better reflect the level of responsibility and expertise within the team.
