Pros
Attaché has changed. After re-organising and restructuring, it's much improved, with regular meetings, new staff who are focused on making the product better, and a real strategy towards improving its products and services. There is a real sense of direction starting to appear and company culture is much better.
There's a new management structure too, which has helped make staff feel more team oriented.

Cons
Staff at Attaché have an amazing skillset. Management could further improve staff morale and engagement by getting a better understanding of what other skills staff have, and harnessing those skills. Making the teams even more agile would go a long way to improving this.
