Attaché has changed. After re-organising and restructuring, it's much improved, with regular meetings, new staff who are focused on making the product better, and a real strategy towards improving its products and services. There is a real sense of direction starting to appear and company culture is much better. There's a new management structure too, which has helped make staff feel more team oriented. Staff at Attaché have an amazing skillset. Management could further improve staff morale and engagement by getting a better understanding of what other skills staff have, and harnessing those skills. Making the teams even more agile would go a long way to improving this.

There are some fantastic and intelligent individuals working here that don't seem to get any opportunity to shine. New modern office and location in Macquarie Park (for those drive). Very spacious and plenty of room.

Bad product, the product is outdated and they are still pushing it down the existing client base. Poor clients, paying more for less and not getting any real value. Communication is an absolute disgrace! No regular management meetings, team meetings is more of a "why didn't you do this and that" theme. High unmotivated and disengaged team culture. More people on LinkedIn and Seek and just waiting until a better opportunity to jump ship. Client based is dwindling in rapid pace and they are recruiting like crazy! Surely this is not sustainable and sales is far and few. Don't know how long they will last to be honest. Remove the hidden workplace bullying by the power hungry individuals. Losing many good staff members and retaining mediocre employees. Performance management them out!
