Small company. Nice coworker. Downtown location.

No training. No structure. Management does not care about employees, only how they look in front of the clients. High turnover rate.

1. Bad Management - lack of awareness 2. No training - As a System Analyst out of school they should have had more one on one and coaching vs. berating and scolding 3. No room for advancement - I left knowing that I would never advance as a SA. 4. Not paid for overtime. You will work weekends on upgrades and they will shortchange you. 5. No work-life balance. They talk a lot about caring and family team but it is not true. They will make sure you burn out. 6. They have a few staff that are favorites and most are not. 7. High turnover - Barely anyone makes it to a year anniversary. 8. No Benefits - They give you a health spending account with 1500 - 2000 a year. That is it. No pension, nothing else. 9. Bad communication - different managers will tell you to do different things. 10. They pretend to care Advice to potential new hires. Do not take the job unless you need money. If you do take the job at attain keep looking for a new one. You will know what I mean after a day or so. You will understand after a few days.
