- lower and middle management and employees are motivated and are what's keeping the company afloat (despite poor management on highest levels) - Fair compensation - Office location, coffee quality

- Old-fashioned, hierarchical organisation - Lack of strategic vision: ad hoc decision-making with no long term plan in mind leads to unhappy clients and unhappy employees, and in the end to an unprofitable business - Inefficiencies in processes throughout most departments - CEO reigns as an autocratic 'leader' and lacks vision - No open culture of discussing things: higher management act as 'puppets' and seem to fear the CEO - higher management completely lacks leadership skills & strategic vision

Very good salary and perks. Easy way up if you're any good.

A lack of culture and values and a C-level that has no connection with their workforce. No vision and constantly new strategies that are never followed through and are not based on facts, No idea or interest in the actual problems of customers and oblivious to changes happening in their world. Short-term problem solving instead of long-term. Outside image they try to portray totally different than what's actually here. Different divisions take care of their own instead of the bigger picture. Big number of people burning up or leaving (will try to do the same before I burn up).
