Pros
Great place to master patience and tolerance
Cons
The work culture here is extremely poor and draining. A significant amount of energy is wasted dealing with management issues rather than doing meaningful work. Instead of enabling teams, managers often create unnecessary pressure, escalate trivial matters, and shift blame rather than supporting their own team members. There is a clear lack of work-life balance. Constant pings at odd hours and an unspoken expectation to be available round the clock make it difficult to disconnect. Ironically, while strict rules are enforced on employees regarding WFH and office timings, managers themselves do not follow the same standards, leading to a highly inconsistent and unfair environment. The engineering department, in particular, suffers from weak leadership and inefficient processes. Even routine work is overcomplicated and treated as if it were extremely critical, creating unnecessary stress and chaos without delivering proportional impact. Another concerning aspect is the inflated ratings. New joiners are often pressured by HR to post positive reviews, which does not reflect the ground reality. For a more honest perspective, one should look at reviews on other platforms. Overall, the environment lacks transparency, fairness, and genuine leadership, making it difficult to stay motivated or grow professionally.
