I made the decision to leave my long-term employer and join Attic Projects Company a few months ago, and it has been one of the best career decisions I've made. From my very first conversation with the recruiting team, I had a great experience. Coming from the corporate world, I have rarely encountered a CEO who is as supportive, approachable, and knowledgeable as the leadership team at Attic Projects. Since joining the company, I have been welcomed by an incredible group of colleagues, both in the corporate office and out in the field. There is a genuine culture of teamwork, respect, and collaboration. One of the most rewarding parts of my experience has been the opportunity to lead an incredible team. I appreciate how open the team has been to my leadership style and how willing everyone is to collaborate, adapt, and work together toward shared goals. Their commitment to both our customers and each other is something that makes Attic Projects a special place to work. Have not encountered any since I joined

I’ve been with Attic Projects for some time now, and what I appreciate most is the people. This is a tough industry, but the teams here — especially in the field, office, and sales — show up with real grit and care every day. I’ve seen a lot of dedication, especially during the company’s recent exponential growth, and it’s clear that many people genuinely care about the work and the customers. The culture is not just a buzzword written on a wall; it really shows up in how the branches operate and how people support each other every day through celebration and strife. Like any growing company, change can take some adjustment, but overall I’ve found it to be a place where resilient people can do meaningful work, make meaningful connections and a real impact. I have seen so many amazing people start out hauling bags for hourly pay and now managing the branch! If you commit to trying, you will benefit from the effort.
