Pros
Working at Attify was like working with some of the best marketing experts in the field. I was frequently guided by the seniors on Facebook Ads, Google, SEO, Content Marketing, Inbound, Outbound and what not. The marketing budget and RoI on some of the marketing campaigns were quite surprisingly good. Every $ spent made $3-4. I got to learn a lot of new tips and tricks about boosting RoI and scaling campaigns to the moon. The salary was pretty good with amazing perms and unlimited WFH and work being evaluated on tasks completed every week rather than hours spent per day.
Cons
The CEO is the one who leads the marketing initiatives and is the tech and marketing expert. However, lack of communication and entire roadmap not being revealed ahead of time makes the job both exciting and unpredictable. One week you're working on $5000 FB Ad spends in a day, next week the campaign stops and you're working on Content Marketing.
