      Management don't care about you and your security if it cost them more money. Awkward moment with some high managment, the respect seems to be "one-way". "Shut your mouth and do your job" attitude. Bad Salary. A lot of staff turn-over.

      Location, the team, free product , good insurance, collectiv REER, Christmas parties

      Cons

      Management was challenging at times and create a high-pressure environment. Recognition for the work done can be limited. Projects often move very quickly, which sometimes leads to revisiting them months later.
