Incredibly disorganized organization. No one wants to be here for very long. Everyone is trying their best, but it’s hard to overcome the reputation and childishness of the founder. He is emotional and borderline psychotic. If you are not one of his favorites you will not be compensated well, treated fairly, and you will do all the grunt work.
