Pros

I met some nice people

Cons

- The exec team is completely incompetent - you can tell it’s the CEO’s first attempt at leading in any meaningful way and he is failing miserably. - Any feedback given is not confidential but rather discussed amongst the exec team like gossiping teenagers and their responses are just as childish. - Personally heard members of the exec team being racist, sexist and discriminatory towards employees which was swept under the rug when reported. - The CEO has hired all of his friends to fill positions in his exec team - and most of them are just as incompetent as he is. - So many employees are struggling with mental health problems - stress, burnout, anxiety - because of the lack of resource and expectations from management. There is also little to no support for these employees, they threw an employee assistance programme at it and considered it solved. - The direction of the company changes at every weekly exec meeting so you rarely get the opportunity to finish anything you start.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, we are very sorry to hear you feel negatively about your time with us. Please be assured that we take every comment seriously to make internal changes to improve. Every employee leaving Attraqt is offered an exit interview and we ask for constructive feedback to ensure we can make necessary improvements to the business. The comments in this review do not mirror any of the exit interview feedback we have received, nor do they mirror the quarterly Employee Engagement surveys we have conducted for the last year. At our last employee survey, we scored highly on “People from all backgrounds are treated fairly at Attraqt” and also “If I experienced serious misconduct at work, I’m confident Attraqt would take action to rectify the situation”. We’re proud of the diversity in our workforce and strongly condemn any form of discrimination. We continue to focus on promoting a feedback culture through the employee surveys, and are continuously working to improve our D&I strategy, management and individual training, wellbeing initiatives, development plans and product roadmap, however employee feedback is vital to ensure that we get this just right. Our company strategy has not changed in the last 18 months, and the management team and CEO continue to focus on driving this message through regular internal company communications and presentations. We are supportive of all of our employees who refer colleagues from previous companies to Attraqt as we strive to hire the best talent for the business. We have strong and inclusive recruitment processes that allow us to recruit fairly and without bias. We would like to thank you for your contribution whilst at Attraqt and we wish you all the very best for the future in the next role you go onto. Thank you.

Pros

Prospects react very positively to the value proposition of the product. Management is willing to invest in cutting edge technology for employees. Compensation was reasonable.

Cons

No US Management in the sales organization. Slow Turnaround from UK sales management. UK sales management was occasionally completely unresponsive. Offer letter promised half of North America as a territory, but that never materialized. Inbound leads in North America went to UK sales team. UK team had an unlimited number of holdover accounts with no transition plan for North American Team. UK team had an inside sales rep generating US leads for them despite having a US team. UK team had the freedom to prospect any US account they wanted. Despite missing thousands of key prospects in the CRM - US sales executives were told to focus on their 200 assigned accounts. Assigned accounts comprised of those that the UK team were unsuccessful with earlier that year. Prospecting process was dictated by the CCO.
