Pros
- You will have some creative input - Convention travel experience they will pay for - Good location if you like to go out after work - They provide everything you need to work there (laptop etc)
Cons
- Training is lacking and so is overall communication - They are understaffed which leads to the expectation of working longer hours than normal even for an agency with no overtime. - Salaries are not competitive, neither is their bonus structure - Don't get too excited by some of the big publications or brands they say they work with, if this is a big draw for you. They have signed them but they don't necessarily work with them often or at all. - Not very diverse considering they are in Miami and in my opinion, they often showed they don't see the value in it - Some of the upper management can be passive aggressive, including the CEO - The CEO often mixes up personal and professional
