West Division Needs Help - Engineer Atwell Employee Review

The West Division is one of our strongest and most reliable divisions from a company standpoint, but I am sure there are things we can work on and we will look into these matters to try to address them for future employees. We encourage employees to be involved at all levels and most importantly to feel comfortable saying something if they aren't happy.
