They are large but do the right things in terms of keeping up with technology and employee initiatives.
Cons
Bad leadership and constantly evoloving to the beat of how they feel, with no future planning in mind.

Likely, our greatest strength is our fault. We plan, monitor utilization, and ensure we are running a successful business in the long term. We don't take knee-jerk actions; everything from our perspective is geared toward the growth of employees and the firm. I appreciate the fact that we do the right things; we certainly try to take care of our employees.
