Andrei Lopata (CEO and owner), is a great guy! He cares about people and their opinion. This company is an atypical one indeed :) It has no declared hierarchy. There are no leads for the common departments in a gaming company, no producers and no production process... however, things are happening! Good ones! The company is self sustained and this speaks for itself!

The lack of a production pipeline! A rather dictatorial leadership... but luckily the "dictator" it's a good man that knows his business and role!
