Pros
The company has a lot of projects and works with different clients and because of that, it is possible to switch to another project if you're having hard times. There is a open communication between managers and consultants and most of the time I feel like I'm being listened to. They also have some activities where my family is involved, such as English classes, so that's pretty nice.
Cons
There is no clear career plan and sometimes is hard to understand and plan what are your next steps. This seems to be something that the company is aware of and I hope it could change soon.
