      It’s nice working for a family owned business because they tend to be a little more lenient when you have family events, children events, etc.

      Cons

      There is definitely workplace bullying and a ton of favoritism that goes on.

      Pros

      The job is pretty flexible.

      Cons

      The pay is not nearly enough for all of the work you do. You have to drive around town to do showings and they only pay 8.50 an hour.
