      Pros

      I worked for the start up of Auchan in Vietnam. Good CFO with a vision. I did a lot of works, set up stuffs for 3 years and gained massive experience.

      Cons

      Too much political. The set up Finance team of Vietnam was kicked out for this reason. HQ in France is complicated.
