When and where it counts, leadership seems unwilling to stick their necks out and stand up for their employees, and tend to prioritise most other things above employee development and other employee needs, which makes it very difficult to retain talent and to believe all the talk about valuing employees.

Great committed people who really believe in delivering for their communities. Had a lot fun working there.

Pay isn't great but it is public service so you can't expect too much
