Lack of teamwork Constant re shifting (and not in the agile way either) Dated internal systems and processes Promotion opportunities low unless you "know someone" Many layoffs, departments created and then disappear regularly Irvine office space is cramped, dated and parking is painful Lured in with promises that were not true No culture, work with a bunch of grouchy robots No communication across departments Welcome swag bag included a stapler. Really? Better of giving nothing-felt cheap and last minute. Performance incentives are silly ($10 Subway gift card???)
