the internal line level employees are a great group. HR tries hard and does a pretty good job of creating a good atmosphere to work in.
Cons
Senior management continues to turn over. Lack of direction has plagued this company for years. Changes are being made, but the senior leaders that have stayed are the ones that continue to make bad decisions and pit their own employees against each other.
