I'm going to echo the reviews of other long time employees. This employer pays way more than many other jobs that require a higher education level. Honestly, I did not expect to stay so long, but I enjoy working with my coworkers. The work can be challenging, but it can also be fun and interesting. To be successful here, you must be willing to work hard, be respectful and be nice. The people are amazing and everyone will try to help you succeed and get through the day. The most important thing you need to do is ask for help, still don't understand the answer? Ask until you do. The owners are actually in "the trenches" with you. Sweating and working alongside us every day. The company has its quirks and they are not unreasonable, it is what has worked for us so far, and actually logical.
