Management will say anything they can to get you into the door then pull the rug from under you once you get inside. Its too much work for very little pay. They laid off almost all of the staff and compensated by promoting people who were under qualified, abusing interns and over working everyone. More than half of the people who worked there a year ago have moved onto greener pastures. The massive layoffs made no one feel secure as we all knew at any moment without a second thought, we could get the axe.
